Take ownership of day-to-day shop operations, support your team, and deliver a reliable service experience. This role combines business management, customer care, and an understanding of automotive service.

What you'll do

  • Manage daily operations, sales, gross profit, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee customer check-in, vehicle inspections, estimates, repair authorization, scheduling, and vehicle delivery.
  • Explain recommended services, pricing, and completion times based on the customer's needs and the vehicle's condition.
  • Coordinate technician schedules, bay assignments, and workflow to reduce delays and repeat repairs.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and support the shop team.
  • Manage parts purchasing, inventory, equipment maintenance, payments, and operating reports.
  • Resolve customer concerns and coordinate follow-up service.
  • Maintain safe working practices and consistent repair quality.

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years in automotive repair or tire service, including at least 1 year as a manager, assistant manager, or team lead.
  • Working knowledge of tires, maintenance, brakes, suspension, and common mechanical repairs.
  • The ability to use sales, margins, average ticket value, and labor productivity to improve shop performance.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and team leadership skills.
  • Experience with shop management software, estimates, work orders, inventory, and payments.
  • English communication skills for daily customer service and team coordination.

Bring the diagnostic skill and hands-on experience to handle comprehensive automotive repairs. You'll independently identify problems, complete repairs, verify the results, and help junior technicians develop their skills.

What you'll do

  • Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections, diagnose faults, and recommend clear repair plans.
  • Diagnose and repair engine, cooling, lubrication, braking, steering, suspension, and drivetrain systems.
  • Troubleshoot air conditioning, starting and charging systems, electrical circuits, sensors, and electronic controls.
  • Use scan tools, multimeters, live data, wiring diagrams, and service information to identify root causes.
  • Complete repairs, adjustments, and necessary calibration procedures within your training and equipment capabilities.
  • Document findings, required parts, estimated labor, and completed work clearly.
  • Perform post-repair inspections, functional checks, and road tests when needed.
  • Mentor junior technicians and help prevent repeat repairs.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of automotive repair experience with independent diagnostic and comprehensive repair ability.
  • Experience with common vehicles in the U.S. market, with strong expertise in at least one major vehicle group.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills, supported by testing and evidence.
  • The ability to read English service information, wiring diagrams, and technical service bulletins.
  • Consistent documentation, quality control, and teamwork.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to safely move and road-test vehicles.

Certifications & preferred experience

Current ASE certifications are strongly preferred; ASE Master Automobile Technician is a plus. Advanced engine repairs, transmission diagnostics, complex electrical troubleshooting, hybrid/EV service, European vehicle experience, or technician mentoring are also valuable.

Join the team in a hands-on tire and maintenance role. You'll focus on safe, careful service while learning from experienced technicians. Previous shop experience is helpful, and applicants with automotive training are welcome.

What you'll do

  • Mount, replace, balance, and rotate tires; check and adjust tire pressure.
  • Inspect tire wear and damage, and follow shop procedures for repairability checks and tire repairs.
  • Change engine oil, oil filters, engine air filters, and cabin air filters.
  • Perform basic checks of fluid levels, wipers, lights, batteries, and visible leaks; document concerns.
  • Replace basic service items and perform introductory TPMS tasks within your training and authorization.
  • Use lifts, jacks, tire changers, balancers, and torque wrenches safely.
  • Verify fluid quantities, fastener torque, tire pressures, and applicable maintenance reminder resets.
  • Assist senior technicians, keep work areas organized, and handle used oil, tires, and supplies properly.

What you'll bring

  • Tire, oil change, or maintenance experience is preferred. Applicants with automotive training and strong hands-on aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to follow procedures.
  • Familiarity with basic tools and an interest in learning shop equipment.
  • The judgment to ask for help and report issues when unsure.
  • Basic English skills to understand work orders and safety instructions.
  • The ability to perform essential shop tasks, including standing, bending, and handling tires, with equipment or reasonable accommodation as applicable.
  • Reliability, teamwork, and a desire to develop automotive skills.

Be a first point of contact for FixGo customers over the phone, by text message, and through live chat and instant messaging. Help customers navigate online purchases, delivery, installation, and after-sales questions with clear answers and dependable follow-through.

What you'll do

  • Answer inbound customer calls and respond to SMS, live chat, and instant messages promptly and professionally.
  • Help customers with product questions, pricing, promotions, online ordering, payment questions, and order status using approved information.
  • Collect vehicle details and tire size information, guide customers through available options, and involve a product or technical specialist when needed.
  • Coordinate delivery updates and installation appointments with partner shops, logistics teams, and other internal teams.
  • Handle order changes, cancellations, returns, refunds, and warranty inquiries in line with company policies and approval limits.
  • Listen to concerns, de-escalate difficult conversations, and escalate complex issues with a clear record of the problem and next steps.
  • Document conversations accurately in customer support and order management systems so customers receive consistent help across channels.
  • Follow up on open cases through resolution, meet agreed response and service quality targets, and share recurring issues to improve the customer experience.

What you'll bring
