Please read the following referral terms agreement between you and sponser and will govern your participation in any and all referral offers.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify these referral terms at any time, without notice to you, so it is important to check the referrals programs periodically. Participants in this referral program and/or redemption of rewards is considered acceptance of these referral terms and any modified terms included therein.
ELIGIBLITY:To be eligible for the referral program, you must be a resident within the Los Angeles, United States and over 18 years of age. Employees of sponsor and their immediate family members living in the same household of sponsor are not eligible for referral program.

QUALIFIED REFERRALS: A Qualified Referral is defined as a real person, who did not previously have an account on FixGo platform, downloaded FixGo App, registered an account on FixGo App and joined the referral program within 24 hours of the downloading("New User") by clicking at the link shared by Members("Inviter") within the time limit. A user will not be qualified as new user if the device used has downloaded FixGo App before.
New users invited by Member must be real people and member cannot create or procure creation of multiple, fictitious or fake accounts to make Qualified Referrals or participates in the Referral Program. Members may not use the Referral Program in a manner that violates any law, infringes or violates the rights of any third party, or otherwise act in a manner that is deemed harassing, harmful, illegal, hateful, obscene or outside the spirit and intent of the Referral Program.

TIME LIMIT&REWARDS: For an inviter to earn an inviter reward, it must have successfully made qualified referrals of such number of new user as indicated on the campaign page.
After a new round starts, users who installed App through the invitation link of the previous round will no longer be counted at the list of successfully invited users.
After the inviter request a cash withdraw, FixGo will verify paypal account firstly for security reason. The inviter is expected to receive the payment in 24 hours.

Privacy: The personal information collected, processed and used as part of the referral program will be used as part of the referral program will be used in accordance with sponsor's privacy policy. You may find it on FixGo App, "Account">"Info">"Privacy Policy".
