For orders placed on or after January 6, the cashback amount will be $50.

How to Participate:

Follow the official FixGo Facebook account.
Post a review on Facebook that meets these requirements:
1. Order Screenshot: Include a screenshot of your FixGo order.
2. Additional Photos: Share at least two additional photos, such as:
  - The tires you received
  - Photos after the tires are installed
  - Pictures taken at the partner store during installation
  - A photo of you with your car after the tires have been installed
  - Or any other relevant photos
3. Review: Write about your shopping experience in at least 50 words.
4. Tag & Hashtag: Tag FixGo's official Facebook account and include the hashtag #FixGo.
  - Please make sure you're following our official Facebook page and have tagged the correct account.
  - If you encounter any issues finding the official account while tagging, try searching for "fixgomarketing".
  - If the problem persists, you can wait a moment after following the page or send us a message for assistance.
5. Visibility: Ensure the post is set to "Public" and remains visible for at least 5 business days for the cashback to be processed. Leaving your post visible for a longer period will help more people learn about FixGo and our great offers. Your support means a lot to us! 🌟
6. One-Time Participation: Each user can participate in the cashback promotion only once, determined by the phone number used at the time of the order.
7. Eligibility:
  
  Both new and existing customers are welcome to participate in the Facebook Cashback Promotion. Orders placed on or before January 5 are eligible for a $30 cashback, while orders placed on or after January 6 qualify for a $50 cashback. Customers need to purchase tires from FixGo and complete the installation to qualify. For pickup customers, eligibility begins 7 days after confirming receipt of the tires.
8. FixGo reserves the right to modify the rules of the promotion and provide detailed explanations. Any updates to the eligibility or promotion details will be announced on FixGo's official Facebook account and the event rules page.

Review & Cashback Process:

Post Review:

FixGo will review your post within 3 business days after receiving your message. If your post meets all the posting requirements, we will confirm your eligibility through a private message.
Cashback Process:

Once your post meets the requirements and remains published for at least 5 business days, we will process your cashback.

Our team will verify your order details (order number, name, phone number, email, installation or pickup address, etc.) and confirm the PayPal account where you'd like to receive the cashback.

If you’re unable to use PayPal, the cashback will be refunded directly to your original payment method. Refund processing typically takes up to 14 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Refund Policy for After-Sales Issues:

We value your satisfaction and are here to assist with any after-sales concerns regarding orders participating in the Facebook Cashback Promotion. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team for support.

Refunds for unused and uninstalled tires from pickup orders, as well as refunds for non-quality-related issues, will have the cashback amount ($50) deducted from the refund total.

For installed or used tires, refunds due to quality issues or road hazards will not have the cashback amount deducted. We want to assure you that you can shop with confidence and participate in the cashback promotion without any worries.
